My Story

I am a wildlife conservationist, an environmental scientist, an ecologist, a geographer, a teacher, a storyteller, a wildhearted revolutionary and a creative. Nature is my happy place. I feel most at home in southern Africa where I was born – its red earth in my DNA. Mama Africa speaks to my soul and softly calls me home when I have been away too long. Here my heart sings and free spirit soars. I feel most alive when wandering – a girl made of adventure, courage and compassion. This blog is a collection of moments in my Story – reflections on life and living. An act of vulnerability, and therefore courage, for this wandering introvert.
